• Because these are food products, we do not accept returns once the packaging has been opened, except in cases of quality defects attributable to Café Govantes.
   

• Requests for exchange or refund must be made within a maximum of 8 calendar days after receiving the product.
   

• The product must be unopened, in its original packaging and in optimal condition.
   

• Each case will be evaluated before authorizing the exchange or refund.

• All content on this site (text, images, logos, photographs, descriptions, designs, etc.) is the property of Café Govantes, Pangea Holdings, or its suppliers and is protected by Costa Rican intellectual property laws and international treaties.

• Café Govantes will not be liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use or inability to use the site or products.
   

• The maximum liability to the customer is limited to the amount actually paid for the product.

• The handling of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, available on this website.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica . Any dispute will be resolved by the competent courts of Costa Rica.
